Quick and easy "goulash"

2 Onions
400 g mixed mincemeat ( pork and beef)
1 Egg
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
Salt, Pepper, cayenne pepper
9 tbsp olive oil
500 g potatoes
800 g pumpkin
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp curry powder
1 red chili pepper
1,5 liter broth

1. Chop the onion. Mix it with the meat, egg and bread crumbs and season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Form small meatballs and fry them in 4 tbsp of oil.
2. Peel 1 onion, the potatoes and the pumpkin. Cube the onion, potatoes and pumpkin. Fry the onions in the remaining oil, add the potatoes and pumpkin. Season with the honey, curry, salt and pepper.
3.Wash and clean the chili, remove the seeds and cut the chili into fine slices. Add it together with the broth to the vegetables and let it cook for 8-10 minutes. Add the meatballs.
